2. Client Responsibilities

3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are customized based on project specifications and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing includes equipment, basic installation guidance, and initial technical support.
Additional services such as on-site installation, extended training, or specialized modifications may incur separate charges as outlined in project proposals.
4. Payment Terms

7. Intellectual Property
All technical documentation, process designs, and proprietary configurations remain the intellectual property of HIMILE Textile Machinery. Clients receive usage rights for their specific installations but may not reproduce or distribute technical information without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
HIMILE's liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to production losses, business interruption, or lost profits.
Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for their operations and installed equipment.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, technical specifications, and business terms disclosed during project collaboration.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or project contracts shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with applicable international commercial arbitration rules.
11. Modifications to Terms
HIMILE reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued engagement with our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
